We would like to share our experience and methods with you and help you to achieve your personal goals. We believe that healthy nutrition and fitness are the key to a happy life. It doesn’t matter if you are already a fitness freak or an absolute couch potato. Whether you are young or old, you never stop learning and with us there is something for everyone.

As each and every one of us on the Fitfreaks team has a profound knowledge in his or her respective area of expertise, we cover a broad spectrum of the sports and fitness world in order to be able to offer you high-quality contributions in all areas.

We will do our best to always provide you with the most useful information and exciting tips. Starting with the first steps towards your health and fitness goals, to specific exercises and workouts you can do to achieve your goals, and all the things in between, such as the right diet or helpful equipment and gadgets to support you on your way. After all, it is well known that the way is always the goal!

Runner
I feel at home with crossfit and extreme obstacle races such as the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. I am constantly training for the next obstacle course. I test the latest gadgets and fitness trackers to constantly keep an eye on my current fittnes level and training state. As a personal trainer I have also already turned many couch potatoes into a real fitness freak.

I feel at home in almost every sport and especially love tennis and running. For me, sport is the best way to clear my head and recharge my batteries. Music is the best motivation for me when running and motivates me, even when the weather is not really playing along. As a qualified sports scientist in the field of rehabilitation I know how important sport can be for your body and soul.

The gym is my second home. As a personal trainer I know of the importance to a motivating, effective and goal-oriented training. Of course this also includes the right nutrition and the right attitude towards life in general. If you don’t find me in the gym, you can probably find me in the kickboxing ring. I always try to carry my clients along with my motivation and energy.
